The food
AppEtisers
If the weather allows us to, we make a first stop during which we serve ouzo (anise-flavoured aperitif), organic rosé wine from the Monastery of Toplou and water. This allows us to get to know each other and enjoy some appetisers before lunch: cherry tomatoes, Cretan cucumber, pickled anchovies and traditional zucchini and feta pie.

‘Blue’ shrimps
traditional meal
We prepare an assortment of traditional dishes, that you may not have had the chance to taste elsewhere. Depending on the season we serve: stuffed grape leaves and stuffed zucchini flowers with rice, tzatziki, fresh bread, squid stuffed with rice and spices, small grilled fish, cuttlefish with ink sauce, prawns with saganaki sauce (tomato and feta cheese), snails "boubouristi" (with vinegar and rosemary), puff pastries with cheese and herbs, lobster with lemon and olive oil, fried calamari, fried ‘blue’ shrimps, octopus in vinegar, rabbit "stifado" (with onions and spices)...
As far as possible, we get seafood directly from our fishermen friends in the port, and vegetables are provided by local farmers.
We do not serve pork on the boat, and we have many vegetarian options among the dishes offered.

greek delights and fresh fruits
Depending on the day and season, we serve an assortment of Greek pastries and a fruit platter: watermelon, melon, nectarines, peaches, grapes, figs, prickly pears...
The fruits come from our garden or the local market.
Pastries come from our favorite bakery in Ierapetra: Koronato.
